#RIZALUNITY is our hashtag when we are in grade 11. In every task that we do, in every contest that we are competing we always imply the hashtag and our motto. That is why we have the advocacy #NOONEWILLBELEFTBEHIND, it aims to give everybody a chance to be acknowledge and to shine. This was made to make us all feel comfortable and to move without boundaries and limitations. This advocacy works with everyone inside our classroom we often do this, when someone can’t understand a certain part of the lesson discussed by our teacher there will be someone who will help him/her in understanding the lesson. When someone has a problem whether emotionally, physically or financially we are here to help and to provide. This advocacy is for everyone to make them feel that they are not different and to we are always one call away.

STEM Diamond is divided with 22 female students and 21 male students with fair and equal shares of work and responsibilities. In our section every task and nominations that we’re doing gender is the last thing that we are looking as a quality in every decisions that we are making. Aside from the fact that our section is fair and free to choose everyone without looking on their gender outside our classroom we know that gender has a big role in our society. That is why we the STEM-DIAMOND is promoting an advocacy entitled #NOTOGENDERDISCRIMINATION. Gender discrimination describes the situation in which people are treated differently simply because they are male or female, rather than on the basis of their individual skills or capabilities. People experiencing it in the society results in losing their freedom and opportunity to choose how to live their lives. Some of us are prone to gender discrimination because the people in our society are making a basis which led to wrong decisions. This is the reason why our section choose this advocacy for our society to open their eyes that everyone has their own abilities and strengths to do every job it’s not about the gender, it is about us humans and our abilities and mind.

#STOPBULLYINGANDPEERPRESSURING

No one wants to get bullied. Because bullying can cause trauma, depression, anxiety or health related problems. It can change the victims social life and perspective. So as much as possible stop bullying to have a good relationship with others and to yourself. STEM-DIAMOND is promoting the #STOPBULLYING advocacy to give knowledge and awareness on how bullying can change the life of the victim. Because some of us in Diamond also experienced bullying whether verbally, physically and mentally. We don’t want someone to experience the same thing that we experienced. Also we want to help the bully to change their hobbies of bullying because some study shows that the bullies are being bully because they experienced something traumatic in their life. Specially now in the time of pandemic, when cyberbullying attacks in the social media. Do not take an advantage to bully other people or your classmates, just think about the results of your action, what will happen if someone get bullied? As yourself are you happy when you are bullying someone? So stop bullying.
